Dr Gabriel Eweje is a Professor of Responsible and Sustainable Business within the School of Management, Auckland Campus, Massey Business School, Massey University, New Zealand. He is also Director of the CSR and Sustainability Research Group – a multidisciplinary team of researchers from Massey Business School. He is the Editor-in- Chief of Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society. 

Dr. Masahiro Hosoda is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at College of Business, Rikkyo University 立教大学経営学部. He is also an associate editor of Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business in Society. His research focuses on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and management control systems(MCS).
